The Firm will continuously review and improve its organizational framework and measures for the protection of personal information in order to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information.

The Firm will establish and maintain a system for appropriately responding to complaints and inquiries concerning the handling of personal information.
10. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Personal Information
With respect to personal information collected by the Firm, if the individual concerned requests notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of the content, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or disclosure of records of provision to third parties, the Firm will first verify that the request has been made by the individual concerned and will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
