OHNO&PARTNERS (hereinafter referred to as the “Our firm”) recognizes that ensuring information security is essential to providing high-quality legal services.
In order to appropriately protect the information assets entrusted to us by our clients and to continue to meet their trust, the Firm hereby establishes this Information Security Basic Policy and will implement safe and appropriate information security measures.

1.Protection of Information Assets

Our firm will implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security measures for all information assets handled in the course of its business operations, and will give the highest priority to preventing loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, and other security incidents.


2. Management System and Development of Regulations

In accordance with this Policy, our Firm will establish regulations and procedures relating to information security. Under an organization-wide management framework, the Companyour Firm will strive to ensure the effective implementation and promotion of information security measures, as well as their continuous improvement and enhancement.

3. Education and Awareness

Our Firm will conduct regular education and awareness activities relating to information security in order to enhance the information security awareness of all personnel. All personnel will comply with this Policy and fulfill the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.


4. Risk Assessment

Our Firm will conduct regular risk assessments, taking into consideration changes in the environment surrounding its information assets, and will strive to prevent the occurrence of information security incidents.

5. Response to Security Incidents and Accidents

Our Firm will establish a system to minimize damage resulting from information security violations, incidents, and accidents. In the event that any such incident or accident occurs, our Firm will respond promptly, take appropriate corrective measures, and strive to prevent recurrence.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Our Firm will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and contractual obligations relating to information security.

7. Continuous Improvement

Our Firm will continuously work to improve its Information Security Management System.
